Our Falls Prevention Class is carefully designed for individuals of all ages, emphasising exercises that strengthen the core and improve balance. In this weekly class, we focus on building the key muscle groups necessary for stability, reducing the risk of falls and improving overall mobility. Our experienced Exercise Physiology coaches lead these sessions and they ensure chosen exercises are both safe and effective, catering to various skill levels. The class offers a unique blend of physical training and social interaction, making it an ideal setting to not only enhance your physical well-being but also to connect with like-minded individuals.
Private Health Insurance covers most of our attendees $15 class fee.
